If the flowers are delivered in South East of England one of drivers hand delivers them in a bubble of water with your message to their destiation. For orders for the rest of the UK your flowers are neatly packaged in our flowers boxes, complete with their own water bubble and food, and then transported carefully by Business Post. Ronald and his team will have purchased the flowers by 9am when they are driven in flower trolleys to our warehouse inside the auction. The flowers, which had been cut and brought to the auction by growers the previous evening, are then conditioned and rewatered by our trained staff. The flowers are transported the same day through the channel tunnel to our depot in west london. They are then stored in a cool room overnight and the following day our florists make up your order into the fabulous bouquet or arrangement you have chosen.

For most retail florists and internet florists trading in the UK it can take up to 3 or 4 days before they receive the flowers, and then another 2 or 3 before they are sold which substantially reduces their longevity as a gift.

Over 95% of all cut-flowers sold by florists in the UK are bought on the flower auctions in Holland.
