service with engineers on call during that time.
The Company's policy on correcting and updating personal
information
You have the option to register as a user of the Directory. When
you do so, you can choose to leave your personal information. The amount of
information that you leave is entirely optional and you can update your personal
details at any time by entering the user name and password allocated to you
and modifying the details you require to be altered and submitting those details
via the Portal. Any information you leave should be accurate and up to date.
The Company may contact you by email or direct mail where
appropriate periodically to check the information held about you is up to date.
This is necessary to ensure the Company's compliance with its obligations under

If you would like to remove all your user details from the
Directory, simply send a written request by email to the Company and put "cancel
sign-up" in the subject line. The Company will reply by email to confirm
that your details have been removed. The Company aims to ensure that all cancelled
users are dealt with within 72 hours of receipt of such request, however
the Company shall not be liable to you should this 72 hour target fail to be
achieved.
