15. CAMFED International is dedicated to extending girls' access to education in poor rural communities of Africa. An expanding group of non-governmental agencies in Africa, the USA and the UK. 17. RSPCA.org.uk In 1822, Richard Martin MP piloted the first anti-cruelty bill giving cattle, horses and sheep a degree of protection through parliament.
